The launcher above appears when PalSist™ starts and comprises of 6 options:
- The Manifest wizard is used to input the manifest into PalSist™ and print a list with which to check the consignments as they are unloaded.
- The Trailer arrives wizard allows you to update and change manifests once the consignments have been checked and correctly sized. This wizard creates a CSV file which is used to transfer manifest information to the Palletways Sirius system. Once Sirius has updated the manifest information a new CSV file is imported into the Inbound receipt wizard automatically.
- The Inbound receipt wizard enables the user to generate a completed manifest which is automatically emailed to the chosen customer.
- Accounts details provides information about all customer information including delivery and collection address that are used by PalSist™.
- Company details provides information about file locations of all documents. It also provides email details together with company address and the access keys used to valid all addresses used by PalSist™.
- Preferences provides a means of selecting the default database and other user preferences that will enable optimum operation.
