Enter the Collection Address

1. If there is an Account Address already set up for the selected account, Use Account Address will already be selected.
2. The Next button will then take you to Delivery Address Entry.
3. To go to the previous widow select the Previous button.

4.   If the collection address and account address differ, select Use Search Facility

5.   Then press the Next button to Changing the Collection Address.

6.   To go to the previous widow select the Previous button.
