The Report Information Entry screen is shown below.



  1. Paperwork Received is used for confirmation and appears on the Report to be sent to the client in the Automated Email.

  2. Conforms to manifest is used for confirmation and appears on the Report to be sent to the client in the Automated Email.

  3. This is used to enter the Arrival Date. The default is set to today and can be up to 5 days in the past.

  4. The Arrival Time (hrs) is in 24 hour format HHMM without any :.

  5. This is used to add the Report.

  6. The Next button will take you to the Report Preview Page.

  7. To go to the previous window select the Previous button.
